Dr. Turbiak is the Associate Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Saint Francis Hosptial and Medical Center. A graduate of the Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Turbiak completed an internship in internal medicine at Saint Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center, New York, and finished a residency in emergency medicine at Georgetown University Hospital and the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems. Dr. Turbiak is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and an oral board examiner for the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He holds an appointment as a clinical instructor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
