Dr. Menkes completed his surgical internship at the University of Minnesota. After two years of orthopedic surgery residency at the Unviersity of Minnesota and the Univeristy of Connecticut, he completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago. Dr. Menkes is a clinical instructor for the Department of Traumatology and Emergency Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
