Dr. Cohen was born in 1960 and grew up in Brooklyn. He has been in practice since 1989. After graduating summa cum laude from Brooklyn College in 1981, he attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, graduating in 1985 as a member of the honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his medical internship at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City in 1986 and his dermatology residency at the NYU Medical Center in 1989. Dr. Cohen devotes his time to both general dermatology and dermatologic/cosmetic surgery. He has special interest in hair restoration surgery, laser therapy, and treatment of aging skin.
