Dr. Tara Oetken is a board-certified dermatologist passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate medical, surgical, and cosmetic care to her patients. Your skin is always changing and we are here to keep it healthy along the way. With a rare focus on advanced skin cancer treatment, Dr. Oetken is among the select few fellowship-trained surgical specialists in the region.
After being accepted into a dual-degree program in high school, Dr. Oetken attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, followed by medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas. She then went on to complete a dermatology residency at the University for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Now providing dedicated care at SkinCare MT, Dr. Oetken and her team have developed next-level, non-invasive skin-resurfacing treatments for all their patients.
Outside of the office, Dr. Oetken enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog Murphy. She is excited to begin a new chapter for her family in Bozeman and explore all the outdoor activities the area has to offer.
She looks forward to establishing long-term relationships with her patients and helping them achieve healthy, radiant skin in which they feel confident!
