Brief Intro

Dr. Zamore received his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in 1970. He then went on to earn his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in 1974. He completed his internship in internal medicine at North Shore University Hospital and Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital at Cornell University. His obstetrics and gynecology residency training was completed at Yale-New Haven Hospital and he later served as a Yale University Medical School instructor. Additionally, Dr. Zamore completed a one-year fellowship in infertility. Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Zamore is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Other professional affiliations include membership in the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and a Diplomate of the American Board of Ob/Gyn. He is also a member of the Fairfield County Medical Association, the Danbury Medical Society, the American Fertility Society and charter membership in the Fairfield County Ob/Gyn Society. Dr. Zamore joined Physicians for Women in 1979.
