Peripheral Vascular Surgery and Vascular Surgeons of Central Ohio were well established and respected practices since the 1970's. The Physicians within this practice are dedicated and highly skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease. Vascular Services of Ohio is the largest practice in the Columbus area and one of the largest in the country solely specializing in vascular medicine and surgery. The Physicians of Vascular Services of Ohio maintain privileges at the following Columbus facilities: Riverside Methodist Hospital, Mount Carmel West Hospital, Mount Carmel East Hospital, Grant Medical Center, and St. Ann's Hospital. He completed his surgical residency at the Loyola University Medical Center and a fellowship in vascular surgery at Harvard University in Boston. Prior to beginning practice in Columbus in 1993, Dr. Jepsen was a Lieutenant Commander, Sixth Fleet surgeon in the U.S. Navy and an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He is Board Certified in both surgery and vascular surgery.
