Brief Intro

I, as a physician believe in providing excellent quality care. This can be done in an environment that reduces the patient's stress level providing them with understandable knowledge of their condition to make the choices that are right for themselves. Patients find comfort in understanding their choices and making their own decisions. I graduated from medical school with high honors and trained at one of the premier ENT programs in the US. I was in private practice for many years but longed to practice and teach at a Nationally recognized center of excellence. Loyola provided me with that opportunity. I returned to a major medical institution (Loyola Medical Center of Chicago to both practice and teach. I was surrounded by both research and outstanding staff. It made me a better doctor. When med students and surgical residents ask you questions everyday it sharpens your mind. Loyola was amazing and yet I was motivated to serve in an area that had a true need for an ENT surgeon. Greenwood Leflore Hospital in Mississippi is our new home and we are delighted to serve the people of the delta. I am trained in all aspect of ENT surgery. Besides general disorders of the ear, nose and throat I specialize in sinus and nasal disorders and sinus surgery. About 25% of my practice is pediatrics ENT. I evaluate hearing problems, ear pain, and perform ear and head and neck procedures. When in Chicago I performed much thyroid surgery and removed tumors of the salivary glands. I expect to continue this practice in the delta. Thank you for considering my practice.
