Dr. Jones joined the growing GI Associates staff in 2017. He received a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Biological Engineering, from the Mississippi State University and became of Doctor of Medicine, graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 2011. He went on to complete both his internship and residency in Internal Medicine while at the University of Kentucky Medical center in Lexington, KY. Dr. Jones completed a Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Dr. Jones is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Jones comes to GI Associates as a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, as well as an accomplished researcher, with 5 published articles. Dr. Jones is affiliated with most major hospitals in the area.
