Nina Gray, MD is a bariatrician specializing in nonsurgical weight management care. Her passion for preventive medicine fuels her to treat obesity as a chronic condition, no different from diabetes or hypertension.While serving as chief resident of her family medicine residency, Dr. Gray developed a template for primary care physicians to use to address weight issues with patients. This template has since been adopted throughout the TriHealth system. Following her residency, she practiced family medicine in rural Kentucky for three and a half years. Despite limited resources, she successfully helped patients achieve weight-loss goals by focusing on healthy eating and lifestyle changes.Dr. Gray is excited to expand her practice as part of the TriHealth Weight Management team. With a priority on physical and emotional wellness, she values the importance of personalized care for each patient. Backed by a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses and dietitians, she customizes treatment plans to fit each individual's needs. Dr. Gray reminds patients that this is a life change, not a diet, and is motivated by seeing small incremental changes in patients that will help achieve and maintain lifelong success.
