Brief Intro

Because of his love of children and family, Dr. Heiny chose pediatric medicine and became a member of the practice in 1971. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, he earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin(Marquette). Dr. Heiny completed his residency at Nationwide ChildrenÂ’s Hospital where he was Chief Resident. He currently serves on the staff at NCH and is a teaching assistant at OSU. He has been included numerous times in The Best MDs in Columbus. Family health, both psychological and physical, are of interest to Dr. Heiny. In the community, he is involved with the Bexley High School sports program. In addition to his medical practice, he is very active in the art. Community as a metal-glass-wood artist. Dr. Heiny and his wife Suzanne have three children and three grandchildren.
