Dr. James Kaplan is board-certified in internal medicine with more than fifteen years of experience. He attended Williams College for his bachelor's degree in Psychology and completed his medical degree at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He participated in the internship and residency programs at Barnes Hospital (Washington University) and the fellowship program at Washington University Medical Center. Dr. Kaplan has been honored with the Dr. Arnold V. Arms Award in Gerontology, the Norman Knowlton Award, and as a finalist of the Cecile Lehman Mayer Research Award. He is a fellow with the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Kaplan has been extensively published for his work in Pulmonology and participates in clinical trials and analysis.
