As an orthopedic surgeon, my goal is to help my patients return to work, return to the activities they love and to obtain the highest quality of life. I am a board-certified and fellowship-trained shoulder/elbow reconstruction specialist with an additional focus in sports medicine. My clinical interests include upper extremity injuries, joint replacement, trauma and sports injuries. I have extensive experience with minimally invasive procedures and cutting-edge arthroscopic techniques. I enjoy teaching the next generation of orthopedic residents and medical students and lecture regularly on orthopedic related topics. I completed my fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, CA, covering collegiate and professional sports teams including the Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Sparks, Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Anaheim Ducks, University of Southern California, Loyola Marymount University, and Los Angeles Clippers. I then practiced in State College, PA where I treated a broad range of people with extremity injuries from Penn State wrestlers to high school athletes to individuals trying to get back to their work and hobbies. I am currently a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, and the American Shoulder and Elbow Society. Outside of work I enjoy golfing, going to the gym, spending time with my family and attending Philadelphia Eagles, Sixers and Phillies games.
