Dr. Rubio received his medical degree from University of Complutense in Spain. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. In 1994, he started Pulmonary & Medicine of Dayton. He is the Medical Director at both Kindred Hospital and Riverview Hospital. He also is a preceptor to the students for the Physician Assistant Program at Kettering College of Medical Arts and Grandview Medical Center.
