Dr. Donald Bryan was born in Celina, Ohio, and received his Bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. His medical training was at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where he was an Alpha Omega Alpha medical honorary. He interned at Hennepin County General Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota and was a flight surgeon and Captain in the United States Air Force. Dr. Bryan completed his OB/GYN residency at The Ohio State University. Dr. Bryan is affiliated with numerous professional organizations and is the past Chairman for Ohio Section Council of American College of OBGYN. He is presently Vice Chairman for District 5 for ACOG. He has received the honor of appointment for the John McCain MD legislative fellowship and represents Ohio working in Washington, DC in ACOG governmental affairs. Dr. Bryan is active in his church and participates in the choir. He has also been active in his community through the March of Dimes, YMCA, and other Columbus-area groups. He has been in private practice with Kingsdale Gynecologic Associates since 1974, and is a Clinical Associate Professor at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Bryan is professionally associated with the Columbus Medical Association, Ohio State Medical Association, American Medical Association and the Columbus OB/GYN Society. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Central Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a Member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and on the Fellow Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy. Dr. Bryan is affiliated with Riverside Methodist Hospital, The Ohio State University Hospital, Riverside Outpatient Surgery Center and Knightsbridge Surgery Center.
