Brief Intro

Dr. Delsie Filardi was born in Puerto Rico. She received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Kansas and worked as a Microbiologist for 5 years prior to pursuing a career in medicine. Following her pediatric residency training at the University of Kansas, she joined Childrenâ€™s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics in 2002. There she practiced outpatient and inpatient pediatrics for 6 years prior to joining Pediatric Professional Association in 2008. Dr. Filardi truly enjoys her involvement in her patientsâ€™ health and well being â€“ getting to know her patients and watching them grow is an outright pleasure. Outside of the office, Dr. Filardi enjoys rooting for her KU Jayhawk basketball team (Rock Chalk Jayhawk Go KU!) and spending time with her husband and two children.
