Dr. Herr provides patient care services in the Surgery Department. His physician office is located at 508 E. Main Street in West Union, Ohio. He received his Medical Degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed an Internship at Ft. Worth Osteopathic Hospital in Fort Worth Texas and Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr Herr completed an Orthopedic Residency at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and Grand Prairie Community Hospital in Grand Prairie Texas. Dr. Herr has provided physician services at ACRMC since 2002.
