Accepts ages: 5-25 Arun Krishnan M.D. For Telehealth visits, patient must be located in New Hampshire or Massachusetts during the appointment. The patient should be present and willing to be on screen. If under 18, please have the current weight and height and a legal guardian should be present in addition as well. Dr. Krishnan is a licensed, board certified psychiatrist with a sub-specialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He was trained in general, child and adolescent psychiatry at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY where he completed his residency and fellowship. After finishing fellowship, he had worked in inpatient, residential and outpatient psychiatric settings. He is providing tele-psychiatry and in-office appointments in Nashua,NH. Dr. Krishnan focus is primarily psychiatric evaluations/medication management, psychotherapy is occasionally added to his follow up if need be. He will be happy to provide referrals for psychotherapy, if appropriate, as medications-only might not be the best approach for many youths. He has special interests in ADHD, OCD, DMDD, Depression, anxiety, including Selective Mutism, trauma, Autism, and mood disorders including Bipolar disorder. Lifestance is partnering with Portsmouth Regional Hospital (now an HCA facility) and Tufts University School of Medicine to offer outpatient clinical experiences to their resident physicians in psychiatry.
