Andrew Steffensmeier, MD, is a board\-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip replacement, knee replacement, trauma, and general orthopedic surgery. He's also trained to operate in multiple different robotic systems for hip and knee surgery. Dr. Steffensmeier is excited to give back to his community as an orthopedic surgeon.Dr. Steffensmeier earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University. He also completed a five\-year orthopedic surgery residency and an adult reconstruction (hip and knee arthroplasty surgeries) fellowship.In his spare time, Dr. Steffensmeier enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, biking, fishing, and hiking. He played golf for the University of Dayton, where he met his wife, who is a family medicine physician.
