Dr. Kreger is a child & adolescent psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of mental health issues in children, adolescents, and young adults. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. After attending medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Kreger completed his general psychiatry training at The University of Toledo, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Kreger then completed fellowship training in child & adolescent psychiatry at University Hospitals/Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. He is a member of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Society, and the Northeast Ohio Society of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Kreger has published work in academic medical journals, presented at national psychiatry conferences, and lectured on a wide variety of topics relating to mental health. He also serves as a volunteer faculty member in the Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at University Hospitals/Case Western Reserve University, helping to teach psychiatry residents and fellows. Dr. Kreger sees children, adolescents, and young adults up to the age of 26 and has special interests in the treatment of anxiety, disorders, ADHD, and mood disorders.
