Theresa Turk, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is an experienced, certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care. She considers it a privilege to provide care for patients throughout their lives, helping them achieve and maintain a healthy quality of life. Theresa earned her Master of Science in Nursing through the family nurse practitioner curriculum at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and she is also certified as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She welcomes new patients of all ages at Primary Care at Lenexa, located in Lenexa City Center.
