Jessica Gunderson received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The College of St. Scholastica in Minnesota and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing with Oncology Specialization and Dual Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist at the University of California at Los Angeles. Jessica began her nursing career as an RN at the Mayo Clinic Rochester Methodist Hospital in Minnesota in 2002. She has focused her nursing efforts on education and leadership in the field of oncology in both inpatient and outpatient settings in Orange County since 2003. Jessica is skilled at guiding nursing staff to solve complex patient care issues by utilizing critical thinking skills to positively impact patient care. She is active in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Oncology Nursing Society and Oncology Nursing Certification Coordination. She is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner and Adult Certified Nurse Practitioner.She spends her free time training for marathons, playing beach volleyball and enjoying sunsets.
