Dr. Kidd comes from Michigan but has made Florida his home. He treats osteoarthritis, CRPS, neck and low back pain, and a variety of other chronic pain conditions using a variety of modalities and interventional procedures.
- Graduated from Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan in 1991.
- Completed a transitional year at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 1992.
- Completed his anesthesiology training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 1995.
