Dr. Rooney earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at Notre Dame University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Washington University, St. Louis. He went on to complete and internship in Dental General Practice at the University of Chicago Hospital and Clinics and a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital. Dr. Rooney joined the PMH staff in 1987.
