Dr. Dilling's primary clinical focus is the radiotherapeutic treatment of thoracic malignancies. Dr. Dilling's research interests focus around the use of "Big Data" and artificial intelligence to generate novel insights into patient treatment and toxicity. To that end, he has curated a database of thousands of patients who have received radiotherapy to the lung at Moffitt (millions of data points). This data set is among the largest/most complex clinical data sets on radiotherapy patients in the world.
