Thomas C. Edwards, MD, of The Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease will provide on-site cardiology consultations for outpatients as well as inpatient consultations for patients at Hillcrest Hospital. His specialty interests include the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric and adult congenital heart problems, including murmurs, arrhythmias and congenital heart. Dr. Edwards was formerly Chief of Pediatrics, Chief of Pediatric Cardiology, and Medical Director of Pediatric Cardiology at St. Joseph Children's Hospital of Tampa, Fla., before relocating to Ohio. Dr. Edwards received both his undergraduate degree and his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He completed is pediatric internship and residency at the University of Tennessee-Memphis. He received a cardiology fellowship from the University of Minnesota.
