Dr. El Dalati is regional chief medical officer for Mercy. He has vast clinical experience in openheart bypass procedures, aortic/mitral valve surgery and pacemaker procedures. He is board certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. El Dalati is a graduate of Bristol Royal Infirmary in Bristol, England. He trained at the University of Toronto and Queen’s University, as well as completing fellowships at St. Michael and Toronto General Hospitals.
