Brief Intro

In 1990, Dr. White founded Cardiology, Inc., which merged with the Heart Group of Oklahoma to form OCA. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of OCA. Dr. White specializes in diagnostic and interventional cardiology with expertise in coronary angioplasty and related procedures such as stents, rotational artherectomy, and peripheral interventional procedures. He was the first physician in Oklahoma to perform coronary laser angioplasty. He served as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization laboratory at Integris Baptist Medical Center from 1980 to 1999. Dr. White continues to be active in clinical research and training. He has served as a clinical investigator for multiple research studies and on the board for the Oklahoma Foundation for Cardiovascular Research. He works with medical students at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine serving as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine. He has also served the community as a member of the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents for 14 years and as a member of the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Gas and Electric since 1989.
