As President of Saco River Medical Group Robert manages its affairs when he is not practicing in the urgent care center. Dr. Rose founded Geo-Med, a non-profit organization that helps organize public health and primary health care programs overseas. He also works with Meds & Food for Kids – a nutrition program in Haiti. In his "spare time", he runs Physician Engineered Products, a medical manufacturer in Fryeburg, Maine.
