Dr. Robert Chait is Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami and at Florida Atlantic University. He is also the associate program director of the Internal Medicine Residency program of the University of Miami at JFK Medical Center. Dr. Chait teaches medical students and residents in these programs.
He has published articles and editorials in cardiology journals and has presented papers at the American Heart Association’s national meetings.
Dr. Chait is a 1976 graduate of the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Chait did his internship and residency training at Long Island Jewish Hospital and a cardiology fellowship at the University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University.
Dr. Chait is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association and the American College of Chest Physicians. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.
