Dr. Richard Toon earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa and completed his residency at USAF Medical Center at Kessler AFB in Michigan and at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He is board-certified with the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Thoracic. Dr. Toon is a member of the American College of Surgeons, International Society of Surgeons and International Society of Endovascular Specialists.
