Dr. Levine earned her bachelors degree in Bioengineering at Syracuse University in New York and continued her education by attending Rutgers University School of Medicine. Upon graduating, Dr. Levine served as the chief resident of radiation oncology at the University of California in San Francisco. Dr. Levine went on to work as an academic radiation oncologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital, and then worked at a private practice outside of Boston.
In addition to her work at MBP, Dr. Levine is an adjunct professor with the Louisiana State University Department of Physics and Astronomy’s medical physics program. Dr. Levine has held academic appointments as the assistant clinical professor at Tuffs University and clinical instructor at Boston University School of Medicine. She has a particular interest in breast cancers, brain tumors and stereotactic radiosurgery.
A native of New Jersey, Dr. Levine received the American Cancer Society Clinical Fellowship Award in 1989.
Dr. Levine has been with Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center since 1994.
