Dr. Bhambri attended school located in the Himalayan Mountains in India and obtained his medical degree from Delhi University. He trained in Internal Medicine at State University of New York in Brooklyn and subsequently completed a fellowship in Endocrinology at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in New Brunswick. Before joining MIMA, Dr. Bhambri spent time in India. While in New Delhi, he practiced at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital. He has published papers, authored a chapter for a textbook on diabetes and has presented abstracts at national endocrinology meetings. Dr. Bhambri is an Endocrinologist at MIMA. He sees patients with endocrine conditions including diabetes, osteoporosis, disorders involving the thyroid, pituitary, adrenal and parathyroid glands, cholesterol/lipid disorders, hypertension and other general endocrine conditions. In 2010 Dr. Bhambri received recognition for the delivery of Quality Diabetes Care by NCQA (the National Committee for Quality Assurance). Dr. Bhambri’s hobbies include building model planes, traveling, reading and playing soccer.
