Board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Michael O’Neil specializes in hip and other joint surgery at NebOrtho. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed an internship at Bishop Clarkson Hospital in Omaha and residencies at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, as well as Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in Greenville, S.C. Dr. O'Neil served in the U.S. Navy as an orthopaedic surgeon and was also a member of the teaching staff at Oaknoll Naval Hospital in California.
