I was born and raised in China. When it came to choosing a career, I realized that practicing medicine would be a special opportunity to help and connect with people in meaningful ways. After finishing medical school, I came to the United States for further education and training. Before starting my practice at Kaiser Permanente, I worked as a pathologist at Affiliated Pathologists Medical Group, based in Torrance.
