Miller, DO who is Board Certified in Ophthalmology, completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at Tulsa Regional Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma and an Internship at Grandview Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. He is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.
