Dr. Joseph Kucera earned his medical degree from the University of the East, Philippines College of Medicine. He completed a clinical externship at MacNeal Hospital followed by a general surgery and urology residency at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, where he was chief resident.
