Brief Intro

John Spore M.D., FACS grew up in Sterling, Kansas. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, KS. He completed a surgical residency at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. Dr. Spore is board certified by the American Board of Surgery with a certificate in general surgery and critical care. Dr. Spore has been a surgeon with Ozark Surgical Group since 1989. He serves on the medical staff of Baxter Regional Medical Center. Dr. Spore has been on numerous medical mission trips to Brazil, and Romania. He was also involved with starting the Mountain Home Christian Clinic. Dr.Spore's hobbies include running, kayaking, making wooden boats, and most important being a grandpa! John and his wife Cheryl live in Mountain Home.
