John E Caswell, M.D., a Family Practitioner specializes in medical care for newborns, children, adults, and the elderly. Dr. Caswell completed his residency training in family practice in June 2006, and began practicing at the Gentry Medical Center in July 2006. Dr. Caswell provides care for patients in a variety of areas, including wellness exams, acute care, urgent care, minor skin procedures, colonoscopy, and EGDs. He completed his residency at AHEC Northwest Family Practice Residency Program in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Dr. Caswell received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, and has current memberships with the Arkansas State Medical Society and American Academy of Family Physicians. He is also certified in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support). Dr. Caswell is married to Becky, a 9th grade biology teacher they have two daughters Kimberly and Kaitlyn. He enjoys the Northwest Arkansas area and especially the strong family commitment of Gentry. His hobbies include water skiing, hiking, and camping.
