Dr. John C. Motta obtained his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He completed his General Surgery training at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr Motta then completed a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Motta specializes in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. He is Board Certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Motta is an active member in the Department of Surgery at both Boca Raton Regional Hospital, and Delray Medical Center. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Florida Medical Association, The Florida Vascular Society, The Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, and The Society for Vascular Surgery.
