Dr. Leveque is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners, as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She completed her surgery training at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA, and the University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile, AL., after receiving her MD from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. She obtained a BS in psychology with a minor in biology and chemistry from Spring Hill College in Mobile. She is a published author on many women's health issues, a noted researcher on reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, and a former instructor.
