Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz is an Associate Professor in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Emory University. He completed his General Surgery residency at the University of Illinois-Chicago. He then completed a residency and fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Southern California. Dr. Schwartz's clinical and research activities include all facets of adult cardiothoracic disorders. He has a particular interest and expertise in aortic surgery and heart and lung transplantation.
