Dr. James Smith earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed his internal medicine residency at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania. He is board-certified in internal medicine, vascular medicine, interventional cardiology and angioplasty. Dr. Smith is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Society of Vascular Medicine, American College of Angiology and International Society of Cardiovascular Interventionalists.
