Dr. Bruce is a long time resident of Mission Viejo. He is married and has two children. Dr. Bruce was a Lt. Commander in the Navy from 1973 to 1975. Dr. Bruce has been providing Orthopedic care for 25 years. He is Board Certified and is a Qualified Medical Evaluator.
