Dr. Kulkarni received his medical degree from Jawaharal Nehru Medical College and completed his internship and residency at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his cardiology fellowship and clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Kulkarni is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology.
