Brief Intro

Dr. Hale is a native Oklahoman and has been a physician for over 25 years, with the last 19 here in Tulsa. Dr. Hale obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. He went on to obtain a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Tulsa, Oklahoma and served as Class President the final two years. He remains active in the school as an admissions interviewer, instructor, and alumni. He participates with both OSU and OU providing training for Anesthesia Residents and Sports Medicine Fellows in the area of pain medicine. He is Board Certified in two areas, Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He is an examiner for the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology where he has served as a Board Member for six years and is the current Secretary/Treasurer. He is an inspector of Anesthesiology Residency Programs and member of the Committee for Postdoctoral Training. He is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiology. Dr Hale provides comprehensive pain management services for patients with both acute and chronic pain problems aiding in the diagnosis and treatment in all areas of the body. Treatments include injections, medication management, and surgical implant interventions and special interest in the areas of spine care diagnostic procedures and interventions and reflex sympathetic dystrophy.
