Dr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his degree in Chemistry. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and served a surgery internship at the Baylor College of Medicine. Further training included a year of General Surgery Residency prior to completing his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Kelly is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
