Dr. Richardson earned his Bachelor of Science at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his internship and residency in general surgery at Boston City Hospital and orthopedics at John Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Richardson was the Team Physician for the Macon Braves for ten years. Dr. Richardson also received US Military Training in the United States Navy. Dr. Richardson is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
