Dr. Francelis I. Gonzalez was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
She completed her medical education at Pedro H. Urena National University in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. There she graduated WITH HIGH HONORS. Her Pediatric Residency Program was completed at Ponce District Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
After several years of private practice in Yauco, Puerto Rico, she was accepted at the prestigious Los Angeles Childrens Hospital in California. There she pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology followed by Bone Marrow Transplant Training at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer in Seattle, Washington.
Dr. Francelis I. Gonzalez has been practicing in the Central Florida area since 1999. She currently works fulltime as a Pediatrician and part-time as a Pediatric Hematologist Oncologist.
She founded her first Kidsville Pediatrics clinic in 1999 and since then has opened the following pediatric practices in Central Florida:

Dr. Gonzalez is currently working in expanding her practices in order to better serve the community and those children in need of Health Care in Central Florida.
Dr. Francelis I. Gonzalez is married to Victor Pantoja, Jr., and has three sons.
The oldest one Dr. Carlos A. Estrella Gonzalez recently graduated from the same university as his mother and with the same honors as her (both graduated LAUDE). Dr. Carlos Estrella-Gonzalez will be following her mother's footsteps. Dr. Carlos A. Estrella Gonzalez finished his residency in Pediatrics at Jersey Shore Medical Center in New Jersey on July 2010. Soon after finishing his residency program he joined the staff at Kidsville Pediatrics III in Clermont.
Since the moment her first clinic opened for business Dr. Francelis I. Gonzalez and Kidsville Pediatrics have been consistently providing excellent patient care.
As a professional she is respected by her peers and loved by her patients because she treats them and their parents as family.
