Cardiothoracic surgery allows me to fulfill my passion for helping people live better, more complete lives. New techniques and technologies are creating less invasive, more precise procedures, allowing us to benefit patients who in the past, could not have been helped. Out of a deep caring for the welfare of my patients comes a commitment to perform at the top of my profession. And my care does not begin or end in a surgical suite: getting to know patients and their families, discussing options, answering all questions, and then closely monitoring patients after a procedure is all part of creating the best possible outcome.
