Dr. Wallace, who is board certified in manipulative medicine, received her Bachelor of Science in biology/psychology from the University of Mississippi. In 1980, she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed her internship at Lakeside Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Wallace is currently completing a Master's Degree in higher education administration from the University of Kansas and is working toward certification in acupuncture from UCLA. Dr. Wallace is a recipient of the John Templeton Grant for teaching spirituality in medicine and is a Harvard Macy Scholar in physician education. She has been an NSU-COM faculty member since 2000.
